Fees are based on time and mileage round trip from our base here in Warrenton, Virginia. Basically, as long as the engine is running, fees are charged.
We are located approximately 50 miles west of Washington DC, 100 miles north west of Richmond, VA and 75 miles North of Charlottesville, VA.
Ummm...no. Come now, would you let someone drive your pride and joy?! In all seriousness, the answer is still no, but it is for safety and liability reasons that only a designated person is permitted to operate the vehicles.

Unfortunately, we do not know any classic car owner that is willing to take on that kind of risk.
As the saying goes, "Have gun will travel"! However, remember, that our fees are based on time and mileage from Warrenton, Virginia so the further away, the higher the cost.
If you are getting married on our front lawn and going to the backyard, then yes. Otherwise, we need to get the car to you, which does not magically happen. Fees are calculated from the time we leave the garage in Warrenton and stop when the vehicle comes back to the garage in Warrenton. So, if you are getting married in Las Vegas, it will be a bit more expensive.

None! But bear in mind that the closer to your request date, the less likely you will get the vehicle(s) of your choice. The months of May, June, September and October are prime time wedding months. Also, holiday weekends, such as Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans' Day are especially popular and book months in advance.
While our vehicles are very old-fashioned, our method of communication is very 21st century. Besides, we are often very busy working with the old cars and phone calls are distracting. (Imagine a phone call when you are trying to paint a car!) The best way to contact us is through email at matt@camelotclassiccars.com; however, if you absolutely must call, please take some precautionary measures such as orienting yourself with this website, including the photographs, policies, and rates. 540-216-3281
